Scott Peterson sentenced to death

The death penalty is an issue i've been stradling the fence on for some time. I'm not leaning either way. I believe that if there were more than 2 eyewitnesses witnessing the murder, then they should be executed, but with evidence like DNA, or whatnot...that person's DNA is going to be on them anyway...i mean, it was his wife? i'm sure they touched...she was pregnant....there were not any eyewitnesses, so i don't believe he should be executed...

One of those Blue Collar dudes was on KRock this morning and said, "I'd like to be the one to set the time on his execution. I'd set it for 1:00 on Daylight Savings Time"

Thought that was pretty funny

He was found guilty, though I think he should just go to jail. Instead of killing him. Biggest reason is there really wasnt enough evidence to prove that he murdered her. There was evidence that suggested it, but nothing to actually prove it. Also, you never know when new evidence, or new clues could be found. New people, witnesses could step forward.

BTW, if Scott Peterson is guilty. Then Robert Blake is too. Though he was just found innocent.

i agree with Diets17...there really wasn't that much evidence on him..
and if they sentence him to death and find evidence that someone else did it...like has happened in the past..it'd be too late to do anything bout it then..

i agree, but you have to look at it this way, look at all the other things that were against him, if he wouldn't have done some of the things he did, then he wouldn't look so guilty.
